Эти правила не ограничивают свободы творчества ОКОИ в разработке и воплощении образа Игр, а также не ограничивают прав Всемирных партнеров. Правила деятельности концессий в сочетании с условиями контрактов, заключенных с рядом Всемирных партнеров, устанавливают стандарты рекламы товарных знаков в концессиях/киосках и определяют перспективные результаты этой деятельности.

These guidelines are intended to help the OCOG achieve and maintain a balance between the need to generate revenue and the desire to maintain an atmosphere at the Olympic Games that is primarily non-commercial. The guidelines do not hinder the OCOG's creativity in designing and implementing the Look of the Games or limit the existing rights of TOP partners. Данные правила призваны помочь ОКОИ в достижении и поддержании баланса между необходимостью получения доходов и желанием сохранить подлинную атмосферу Олимпийских игр, которые являются преимущественно некоммерческим мероприятием. Эти правила не ограничивают свободы творчества ОКОИ в разработке и воплощении образа Игр, а также не ограничивают прав Всемирных партнеров. Правила деятельности концессий в сочетании с условиями контрактов, заключенных с рядом Всемирных партнеров, устанавливают стандарты рекламы товарных знаков в концессиях/киосках и определяют перспективные результаты этой деятельности.

concessions guidelines
These guidelines are intended to help the OCOG achieve and maintain a balance between the need to generate revenue and the desire to maintain an atmosphere at the Olympic Games that is primarily non-commercial. The guidelines do not hinder the OCOG's creativity in designing and implementing the Look of the Games or limit the existing rights of TOP partners. The concessions guidelines, as well as the contractual provisions of certain TOP partners, provide the standards for concessions / kiosks branding and lay out the required deliverables.
